Price

- The standard number of people is 4, and the maximum number of people is 8.
- If the number of people exceeds 6, an additional fee of 20,000 won per person per night will be applied.
- The peak season is July and August.
- A 10% discount will be applied for consecutive nights during the off-season(Low & Usual) and weekdays.
- The annual discount does not overlap with the promotion discount.
- Weekend fees for the season will be applied to the day before and on holidays.

Reservation procedure

- After payment is made and completed, the reservation is confirmed.

- Reservation will be canceled if the payment is not made within 12 hours

- If conflicting reservations exist for the same room on the same day, the earlier request will be given priority.

- Cash receipts are only available within 3 days prior to the reserved(check-in) date. Please request in advance as receipts will not be available after the check-in date.

- For commercial filming or viewing, please consult in advance.

Checklist before reservation

- Infants are taken into account with the maximum allowed capacity and guest cannot check in if you exceed the maximum number of people.

-  Admission to and from visitors other than lodging is strictly restricted. The guest is responsible for this.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the room (including courtyard).

- If you stay for 2 nights, you will not be provided with a change of towel and cleaning.

- If you stay for more than three nights, we will replace bedding and towels and clean them in the middle.

-We don't allow you to use candles in the dorm. If traces of use of candle wax are found, a cleaning fee may be charged.

- We are professionally conducting quarantine through a contract with a quarantine company, but please understand that bugs may enter due to the nature of the surrounding environment. I would like to inform you that refunds are not possible due to this.

- Selling or transferring reservations to others is strictly prohibited. If such an act is found, you can be held responsible.

Refund Policy

※  If you cancel the flight/ship due to bad weather, please send us the supporting documents and we will give you a 100% refund.

※  A reservation for more than 2-nights, we refund according to the refund policy based on the 'check-in date'.

Pool

- The operation period is Jun-Aug.

- The depth of the deep water is 1.3 meters.

- Available hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

- Infants and children must be accompanied by their guardians.

- Warm-up exercises and showers are essential before entering the pool.

- Please wear a swimsuit or underwear.

- The following behaviors are strictly forbidden - diving in the pool, swimming after drinking, swimming during the night, etc.

- Food and drinks are prohibited in the pool.

- Temperature of water is cold.

Open-air bath

- The operation period is Jun-Sep.

- Liquid, powder, foam, and bath salts can be used.

- Petals, potpourri, and herbal medicines are prohibited because of potential block drain.

Location

Wollyeong Suninjang is located on the western edge of Jeju. It is located in Wollyeong-ri, Hallim-eup, Jeju-si.

It is about 40 km away from Jeju International Airport and takes about an hour by car. If you are using a rental car at the airport, search for ‘Wollyeong-ri 411-1’ or ‘Wollyeong 1-gil 10’ on the navigation system, and follow the instructions on the navigation system to see the Wollyeong Suninjang.
